We offer a rich breakfast, varied and colorful

Presented as a buffet, it was developed "avec amour"

• Breakfast service during the week from 6:45 am to 9:00 am.
• Breakfast service on weekends from 8:00 am until 10:00 am.

All our cakes and cookies are “House Made”
Fruit, depending on the season, are from our own production, guaranteed organic and pesticide-free. 

For other fruits, we try to choose some with minimal chemical processing. 

Some of our jams, based on fruits and flowers of our gardens, are also “house made”.

Honey comes from a local beekeeper

Our breads ( traditional baguettes, breads , cereal breads ) and pastries are made by a baker of Sarreguemines.

If you prefer a breakfast with protein, we propose eggs, sausage, ham and various milk products

• breads and cakes with gluten-free flours
• various vegetable milks
• muesli with gluten free cereals
• and soon, juices and fresh seasonal vegetables (if possible Bio) extracts by us to the extractor
